DELIVERIES

When you are checking out the shopping cart, you will be presented with the shipping zones, the delivery methods available, as well as the deadlines and costs of delivery.

In deliveries at home you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as possible), that your purchase leave our warehouse.

You can be contacted by the carrier, by SMS or email to be informed of the delivery of the order.

RETURNS

You have 14 days, counted from the date of receipt of the order to make the return.

Returns must be requested through this website, in your reserved area or using the link you received when you placed your order. After receiving our email with the return code, you must fill in and send us the form on the “Product returns” page.

Only returns will be made of articles in perfect conditions.

Delivery of the product will be the customer’s responsibility and the address to send the goods will be sent in the return authorization.

You can choose to receive the value of your return or Voucher that will be processed automatically becoming available in the reserved area, or will be refunded the amount paid by the same method that used to make the payment.
